Right gents,i dont need to introduce myself,as you all know and respect me by now.
I am creating this thread to help the forum members who are not already millionaires, become millionaires. Just follow the simple strategy that i used to achieve millionaire status
Its very straightforward, just put aside £1000 and place it on what you believe to be Banker Selections,i would advise you dont make selections any shorter than the price of 4/7
(for example, placing £1000 on 10 consecutive even money shots in a row, would make you a millionaire)
Now this strategy is not to be rushed gents, dont expect to be able to complete this in a matter of weeks, you have to wait for the right selections to come to you, selections that you are extremely strong on and cant see failing.
Me personally,i like to keep all sports seperate whilst using this strategy,so being a Horse Racing man,i will stick to what i am best at and look for 10 straight winning Horses, this would normally take between 2 months to a year to achieve depending on what point of the racing season i start,Now i must stress that you do not try and 'get rich quick' as rushing and choosing the wrong selections will only cause you to make a mistake and have to start again from scratch, yes you might reel of 3 winning selections in a few weeks, but the 4th or 5th then fail and you just go round in circles,so be patient and take your time, afteral, becoming a millionaire in around 1 year,is pretty good work
Now,the 10 selections is also just a guide, during the season you could come across selections at bigger prices that you believe to be nailed on bankers,so a few 2/1 and 11/4 shots here and there and you could only need 7 or 8 total selections to become a millionaire
Now i can tell you that i started using this strategy when i was 19 and i can also tell you that i did bottle it many times in the first year or 2,by this i mean,i would run up 4 or 5 winning selections and because i had made around 15-20 thousand on those,i would then put most of what i had won in the bank and start again with £1000 from scratch, now i used the words 'bottle it' but looking back, that was probably the correct thing to do,because at that time i was just starting out and 20 grand was a hell of a lot of money,i did that a few times in the first year or so,so i was getting to a point where i would get to the 20-30 grand mark, then bank it and start again,i would actually advise people to do the same and once you have a nice amount in the bank you can then then move forward with attempting the 10 consecutive selections.
Now there were plenty of occasions where i had reached a figure like 20 thousand and banked it,i would then go on to win the next 4 or 5 selections and would be pretty angry,as i then would calculate what i would have won if i had just continued using the 20 grand instead of banking it and starting again with 1000,but it is that sort of learning that gets you to the point where you know that it can be done and move forward with it
I would advise that you all attempt this starting today, even if you start it with just £1,then backing 10 straight even money shots with £1 makes you £1000,so see how you get on,but if you are starting with smaller amounts, dont then just think 'ah its only a quid' and start betting on any old selections, you really have to be very confident about them
I will be using this thread to start a £1000 attempt on Horse Racing selections only, fingers crossed that my very first selection does not fail or there will be quite the backlash

I turned 100 dollars into 40,000 on one day this weekend by a not dissimilar method. Can definitely be done. Doesn't have to be done over a long period of time, but it probably helps.

Don't believe all the people who say value is everything. Yes it is one way of winning.but it is not the only way.they just don't understand that there is another, because even if I explained it, they still wouldn't be able to do it.

I could just post the evidence, although that would be tedious. And your non believing attitude suggests to me it would be a futile exercise in your case.

Figures read from bottom to top, as that's how they appear in your account statement.
FINAL TOTAL FOR 1 DAY: PROFIT OF $41,740.10 , FROM INITIAL $100 STAKE.
By my reckoning, from a total of 15 winning selections and 5 losers, and aggressive staking.
Although, I have to admit, I've just noticed that an extra $300+ crept into the bank early on ( it must have been the return from another bet which I'd forgotten about. not an important detail but explains any slight discrepancy in numbers)

Success not based on value, but simply the ability to pick winners in-running, by watching and understand which way a match is heading.
For example, the next day, from a small outlay on Sharapova v Na Li, and through swing trading, was able to end up +8000 on Li and + 15,000 on Sharapova, simply by backing Li, but then when she was trailing a set to love and 4-0 in the 2nd, by understanding that Sharapova was suddenly playing the better as Li went through a low point, and changed my entire stake to Sharapova.

h-bomb do u do this regularly ie id assume such aggressive staking and 'sometimes' risky betting would lose more often than not? ie. sometimes doing overs in japan games etc. and cant u try it again and post ur bets as u go along?

Obviously it doesn't work every time, and for that reason I'd be setting myself up for a fall if I was to post my selections next time. It does show however, that it can be done. And with a win like that, you could afford to do it every day for the rest of the year, fail, and still be in profit.
I wouldn't suggest going all-in, as the O.P. says. Better, I'd say to go aggressively high. I had five losers, but lived to fight another day, or should I say hour.
I might post soon doing something different. Picking 100 bets, staking up to half the bank, and looking to raise the total bank by 1.1 on each selection, would make for an interesting way to try make a million from $100.
One problem I've encountered though. I am only allowed a liability at any time of 10,000 dollars. This has been a pain, and I don't see that it can be amended in my profile, only deposit limits are there - not liabilities. Is this to do with whether you've provided Betfair with I.D., does anyone know?

I should also add, that being successful at this kind of thing requires an exceptional understanding of sport, meaning the vast majority of people will fail.

Amazing work h-bomb, some luck along the way (Vaz te's late goal, chelsea winning the CL) but then again you're not going to turn 100 quid into 40k without a slice of good fortune.
Doesn't look like you trade out of your bets though, so how come the over 1.5 in the Bayern game was a loser?

I wouldn't think copying someone's else's bets is ever a good idea. Best to find your own way of doing things, then it can't ever be taken away from you. Also, I prefer to bet in-running, so it wouldn't be that much use to you.

re the bets, there's always going to be some close calls. Lots of goals get scored in the last few minutes plus injury time, and that's where you'll find the biggest prices. Not for the faint-hearted, but you can't be afraid to lose, otherwise you'd never place the bet in the first place, and therefore it would be impossible for you to get the big win.

First time I've done it to that extent. i.e. accumulating it like that in such a short space of time. Always meant to try it, and finally got round to it. Usually just bet a small percentage. Just felt like having a go, and was feeling confident about selections as I went on.

Reading the OP,it suggests to me that he was already in a comfortable financial state when he was placing 500k on a selection,so i doubt it would have been a case of all or nothing, also it sounds like he was basing all his bets on an expert knowledge on a certain sport, therefor, when backing a horse,he would have been almost certain that there was not a horse in that who had the form or ability to beat his selection, this is very different to your bets, most of which, any gambler will tell you,are pretty much guess work and you simply got lucky with a number of them, but well done anyway, just be careful not to lose it all as quickly as you gained it

You believe my comments to be contradictory. What I would say is that if you want to get to a big target you can't be afraid to take risks. Every bet is a risk. The issue is, what for each of us is a big target? For me risking 7,000 dollars is not something I would worry about. I also wasn't going full bank with the larger amounts.
Everyone will have a target figure though, you can't expect to win all the money in the world on Betfair. Let's say my target is a million. Then for me staking half a million, as my entire bank would be too much. A quarter of a million, as half my bank, maybe, but not **** or bust for that amount, for reasons I gave in a previous answer.
I hope that clears up your misunderstanding.
As for the rest of your comments, I'm very pleased to hear that there are horses out there, where the gambler is almost certain they cannot be beaten, yet they are still available at odds of evens. This is great news and we must all look out carefully for these 'gift' horses.
Maybe I am indeed, as you claim, extremely lucky. I would like to think so. Not a bad quality to have I'd say.
And how did you know I was guessing all my selections? So inciteful.
I can only hope that one day I will have the levels of money, expertise, and almost clairvoyant perception as you say has been demonstrated by the O.P. Or if I'm truly lucky (as I hear I am), maybe one day I'll gain your impressive skills of analysis, tact, and communication. A lucrative career in P.R. might be nice.

P.S. No offence intended to the O.P., but if, as you 'guess', he was so wealthy already, why would he start betting with just a 1000 pounds? Chicken feed to a man who goes full bank with half a million is it not?
Remember of course. It's only my opinion.
