brave man taking 0 goals for chile, they will probably get 1 goal themselves at least. away form isn't the same as home but wouldn't be surprised if Chile won this leg too
By:
My thinking is that if Chile score then Libertad will go ALL OUT and thats how i can see it being open.
2-0 is value as can see this easily happening. 2-0 would not be a disastarous result for Chile by any means |

Toughest game for La U tonight, lost last 2 in the league, but obviously mind on other things / changes to team.
I think it will be 2-1 either way, so will just back overs at a fair price. |
By:
A tight game with Libertad just edging it by one goal.
Backing Libertad here and lumping on La U in the 2nd leg. Also backed them to qualify. |

80 mins to go lads, cant wait!!

People go on about the altitude in the Quito 4-1 loss the other week. but they had chances all game.
The major factor was that Sampaoli got sent to the stands early in the game, and the defence were clueless. The guy is a constant presence on the touchline and manages them from the touchline for the full 90 mins |

cant pretend to know much about sth american footie but just because both teams average +2.5 in their domestic leagues and Universidad's last 2 games in this competition ddtotalled 11 goa
By:
totaaled 11 goals I'll have to go overs! (sry bout the spelling cat stood on keytboard!!!!!)
By:
Fernandes a big doubt for LA U
By:
i dont buy into the whole altitude factor one bit
Fair enough it is a disadvantage but if a team is good enough then it shouldnt be that much of a problem IMO |
By:
lol No offence but you guys haven't a clue - it's not something you "buy into", it's a scientific fact.
How do you think Bolivia beat Argentina 6-1 for christ sake?!!!? |

I think you just have to look back to some of the results in the sth american qualifying for the last world cup to see the effect altitude can have on results
By:
Stringer is correct, no Fernandes. according to http://dlvr.it/1ZWHR0 this is team, Johnny Herrera, Jose Rojas, Osvaldo Gonzalez, Igor Lichnovsky, Matias Rodriguez, Charles Aranguiz, Marcelo Diaz Eugenio Mena, Angelo Henriquez, Gustavo Lorenzetti, Felipe Gallegos

He got injured against Catolica

La U REALLY struggle with set pieces, and that coincidently is Libertad's strength
Going to be a good game |
By:
yo stringer, that 8/11 La U 2 qualify price didn't last long, 3.65 now 1/2, closer 2 wot i was sayin it shud b!

Cheers for info lads. Bodes well for 2-0

Libertad to win tonight, qualify and lift the cup.....
I have said this before ![]() Good luck folks |

Not many goals between these teams, set to be a low scoring affair i think, unders for me
By:
As with all UDC gamees. Back home team everytime for me.
By:
Of course it is a factor Stringer, but UDC beat LDU a few months ago in Quito, and had chances throughout the game.
They were totally disorganised at the back, and it comes at no surprise that the goals rained in after udc manager was sent to the stand. The guy is possibly the most vocal guy i have ever seen. I remember in the Copa Sud (semi i think), he was standing by the corner flag of the end La U were attacking, more or less dictating their attacks. The guy instumental |

Anyone know if Falcao is playing for Atletico Madrid tonight?
By:
think the value bet is overs here away team been involved in some high scoring affairs recently and 20 games since a nil nil so should be trading opportunities at least and even home team not had a scoreless game for at least 12 game
By:
I feel here that both teams will be very defensive and the stats show it. If Chile were at home then i would definately go with the overs but they have a poor record when away from home. They have a strong defense as well
By:
A lay of the home team here for me to start.
By:
...it was the game at Vasco in the semi of the Sud, just looked on Youtube, he stood virtually where the 5th /6th official stand in UEFA games all night. Legend.
Overs going out quite a bit, guess because of the team news |
By:
Drewboy, I hoping you still the man on the SA. Was siding to Libertad anyway. Fingers crosses
By:
Never one to boast Swardean, I have them at a fancy price and not thinking of trading just yet. Argentina going well mate, but we both know where the real action takes place in The Americas tonight
![]() Hoping MSG rocks the Blueshirts to another win but going to be a tough series. The thread is showing signs of life again if you care to look in - or do you not want to watch with LA going so well - they were awesome last night again. All the best, off to Donny Saturday so let me know if anything crops up please - stag do so won't be taking the racing too seriously! |
By:
i fancy Corinthians to beat Vasco if they play properly and attempt to score,Vasco cant defend for their ****
By:
FIRST LEGS ARE ALWAYS TIGHT SO UNDERS IS CLEARLY THE VALUE BET
By:
Marquinhos you remember what happened when you last bet unders in the chile away leg right?
you were afamant under 1.5 and it ended 4-1 ![]() |
By:
Marquinhos was all over 0-0 HT if i remember rightly aswell
![]() |
By:
Good luck with your unders bets. BTTS for me. A sending off looks likely!!
