signed up early saturday morning, lots of problems with bwin tbh.

Anyway, tried to look around, but its not that helpful on the FAO bits.

Anyone ever withdrawn money from their UK bank account for the first time with them? Checked today at the cashpoint and 2 days later still not come out of my account? I thought withdrawals show up instantly, as opposed to depositing cash into a bank account, or is this not the case?

thanks.

thanks guys. they seem like jokers to me.

is it normal for it to take a couple of days for it to show up in the bank after a withdrawal? i thought it only took a few days for a deposit.

cheers

I agree. Avoid like the plague. Shocking outfit. If you do get a winner, wait for the fun and games trying to get the money from them.

If you get a win, they will demand a D.N.A. test.

Ring your bank, cancel the payment if possible, then move on. That's my advice.

I'm sure you'll get your money back, mate, as long as you do what they've asked. I remember I had to p*ss about doing the ID thing after the first AND LAST time I ever bet with them.

Cheap attempt at theft, I reckon, aimed at the punters that can't be bothered to prove their ID. Funny how they only require ID when you want to withdraw too.

Had similar problems with a different group of jokers. They insisted on proof of ID, but also wanted me to sign a deposit confirmation form before they would process a withdrawal for me .....

Took 6 or 7 e-mails before I finally got my money.

In the end I gave them 3 days to confirm my withdrawal otherwise I threatened to -

a - contact their governing body
b - do a negative write up on every Sports Book Review site I could think of (betrescue etc)
c - Start a negative thread on every betting forum I was a member of

Had confirmation within a couple of hours after that Laugh

They seem to operate on the hope that you will find it all too much hassle, give up and just gamble away your winnings.

Keep at them. Stay polite. You'll get it back in the end.

i'd never even think of using bwin after the stuff i've read on here (and other forums) about them over the years

they'll cancel your bets without warning and make you jump through hoops to cashout

oh and whatever you do, don't ever try in play live-betting with them, they must have their own flipping timezone 5 minutes behind everybody else, they try to void your winning bets, saying you missed the deadline and you placed bet when you knew the outcome

jokers, frauds, parasites, welchers, scumbags

takes them 3 days to settle a bet, i use them maybe once or twice a year on the rare occasions they have the best odds, ot on some obscure market i bet on. took me ages to deposit, and get verified, wouldnt let me use my bank card so i had to use paypal which was a pain... other than that they are ok Laugh

apparently they are the biggest online e-game company in Europe , have cornered the online poker market  and are keeping everyone else out

opened an account with them for the freebie ,did not fully read the t+c,s ,free bet had to be placed on something over 4/6 and any winnings had to be rolled 3 times before withdrawal could be made ,then you needed id ect.had to fight with them to get my stake returned and account closed ,did not have a bet .jokers
