I think the reason for Betfair waiting for the game to finish before it gives you your cash is for this exact reason @ sparkplug.

don't assume other countries are no good because they don't play NHL hockey

if the match is ended at 67 minutes whats the rules on betting? im pretty sure its all void if its a 90 minutes market on an offical licensed game like english premiership, i'm sure they is conditions betfair must agree too..

they once told me on a friendly match it doesn't apply but its different conditions & terms on an official league game.

no meltdown....markets that have already been determined are settled (in this case over 0.5 etc etc). Markets that will last 90 mins or have not been determined (such as match odds correct score and in this case over under 4.5 goals) will be voided.

but any score bets decided by the 3-1 currently will be kept, so laying 0-0 1-0...etc

if it resumes within 3 days then it will continue from where it is now and everything will be settled as normal.

then it is resumed and you better hope you are online when it happens.

not as much, slovakia look more competent on ice than I thought they would be but I can't imagine Belarus are anything special.  My reasoning is I go for the strongest who played first (USA on at 1.25 and 1.49 at 0-1, then Germany at 1.2, now Canada at 1.29 and 1.15) and now I have money to place on the other favourites but I reduce stake to 50% of profits.

Yes, I never came across this really, just been explained it & the game will NOT be played today, all markets void apart from the ones which have won like over 1.5 & over 2.5 if the game isn't played within 3 days.

League is pretty much over and Bastia aren't great away, drew 0-0 with the 15th team.  Still if I ever bothered punting on value, that looks a bit highly priced.  That said it's only Bastia home games that I back them heavily in, w14 d4 l0, away is 6/4/7 so probably justifies that price.  Should be favourite I think personally.

Unless you can cite some research into teams that have already won the league but lost/drawn to inferior opposition despite having nothing else on the agenda then I deem Bastia too high, but I would lay Le Mans if I was betting.
