Whenever making a bet which rounds bank down to a whole pound, balance always shows incorrectly as £#.99 in football page (laptop and iPhone app), but correctly as £#.00 anywhere else. Anyone else have this problem?

OK then, does anyone who isn't a complete tw@t and can answer the question without using a response derived from the lowest form of wit also have this problem? No, of course it doesn't stop me betting and isn't a massive problem, but another example of the incompetence of this site!

on the seethescale that's about 8.5 /10.
on the "reason to seethe scale" aint even on the chart. i take it that as this site is sooooo incompetent it wont be getting any more of your trade? by the way i do know the reason it's that way. but after your last response something my ol' dad said to me years ago came to mind which i will put into play. he said to me "never try and educate a mug"  |

The first time I got switched to Beta my balance was 1p different. Reported it on Site FeedBack, but no idea if anything was done about it.

Yes, previously I took all the money from my account and then logged in the next day and had a balance of -1 penny. They say it is due to rounding factors and exchange rate differences - I say tough, not my problem, round up and take a penny off your profits Betfair, and I am betting in British sterling, which is the currency of the country your site is from - make other currencies lose the extra pennies if that is the reason, not mine.

and for anyone who questions why people 'seethe' about this, it is not the amount they are seething about, but the fact that nothing is done to solve the problem. Strange how bookies, who accept bets from many different countries, do not have this problem.
