------------------------------------------------------------- not everybodys cup o' tea, but he's a proper "nuts & bolts" player. prowls about in front of the back four shutting down, and i'll tell you something if you're a defender and a bit "under the cosh" with the ball at your feet ,the most welcoming sight in the world is a midfielder who'll take the ball off you, even if he's under pressure himself. a lot of fans don't like him because he aint the " roy of the rovers" type of midfielder, but most managers at the bridge[ and we#ve had some of the very best] appreciate what he brings to the team, hence him getting selected. |

I tell you what, Marin is a superb player - perfect for Chelsea who need that extra strength in midfield where most of their goals come from. He's not afraid to get forward and can score - a almost a replica of Lampard.
