Last weekend I received an offer from Betfair to participate on the free £10 Cashback on Betfair Mobile. They said:
"All you have to do is place a matched £10 on anyone of our mobile products this weekend.
If your bet unfortunately loses we'll credit you £10 back! "
My bet (on a mobile product, of course) lost, I wrote for them to ask for a refund and they assured that "All credits for this promotion will be made by the end of Thursday 26th April." In the Terms & Conditions of this offer Betfair also stated that "Credits will be made to the accounts of qualifying customers within 72 hours of the promotion period ending." The promotion period ended in Monday, so the deadline for a refund is Thursday 26th April.
However they haven't refund my £10 yet, I wrote another email for them to ask about it but still no reply after 8 hours. How good the customer service is !
Is there anybody here has the same problem with me ? Did they refund your losing bet (on Betfair Mobile) last weekend ? What should I do now ?
