if its a handball surely a yellow card or a peno? none awarded, so wtf he stop the game for?

seems like ref got told it wasn't a pen after someone seen replay to me.
hmm big loss for me on this game as it stands. pen because valencia player handballed it, but because 6 valencia players were claiming a handball it confused me.
he stopped the play, there must be an infringement, either a peno for valencia or a yellow card for valencia player who handled the balll, none given but cards for all those cat fights LOL
i think ref thought it was a penalty but got told by official by the goal it was a valencia hand, was accidental so no booking.
because he thought penalty had been given and costa was claiming it was handball.
