Having been allocated just 25,000 tickets for the FA Cup final, Chelsea supporters were dealt a second ticket blow in eight days after being assigned only 17,500 tickets for next month's final in Munich.

The allocation is barely a quarter of the Allianz Arena's 66,000 capacity, with prices ranging from £57 to £303.

Report temple April 26, 2012 9:47 AM BST
similar percentage as for fa cup final.

it would be far better for all clubs to get together before the first round of the fa cup and try and negotiate a better allocation, instead of waiting until they get to the final and start whinging about it, it's nothing new same every year.

will the players  be selling their allocations at the higher end of the market ???

john terry might have a few spares, as his family might not be wanting to travel if he doesnt play

To put this in perspective, Bayern have had over ONE MILLION applications for tickets for their end.
Report DIE LINKE April 26, 2012 10:00 AM BST
the chavs will struggle to shift all those tickets, better get advertising them on the radio
Report bielsa April 26, 2012 10:18 AM BST
The main incentive for Chelsea is that you get a free plastic flag from Roman with the ticket.

17,500?

That's enough to cover those supporters that can remember back before 2003

most manure fans are just happy that its not another team of northern B*****ds in the final.

What will happen to the spares when they don't sell out?

know your history chelsea had the 3rd largest away support in the 1970,1980 and 1990s and sell out all there away games

A surprisingly high number considering that it costs UEFA money to give seats to real fans and not prawn sandwich nob-heads.

Some seem to naively believe that UEFA actually gives a flying about you or me..

Chelsea couldn't even sell out 2 of their group games

WALOFS

They didn't even sell out their allocation when they got to the final last time.

25,000 for the FA cup final is what both teams get and it's pretty standard.

The sides in the semi had 30,000 but in the final more tickets end up going to corporates.

There are about 20,000 ClubWembely and Bobby Moore club seats which aren't available as they are already owned.  so there's about 15-20,000 that they dish out to sponsor's etc.

With the champions league final a HUGE proportion of the tickets go in the UEFA ballot that is held in Jan/Feb way before you have any idea who will be in the final, hence people supporting loads of different teams will have them.

I'd imagine Bayern also have an equal allocation of 25,000.

Chelsea haven't been given a rough deal over anyone else, just the same deal which isn't a great one as the sponsor's and people running these competitions want to dish out tickets to the people with money rather than the fans.

That's is because they are a small plastic club wasn't that long ago they had 8,000 at the bridge in a premier league game v Coventry early 90s

It's all about the corporates and every Fifa and Uefa, and various national FAs official and their mother getting free tickets.

17,500 is more than I thought they would get

How many do you think that they should get?

go on you tube and see the away support chelsea f.c had in the 70s 80s and 90s and see for yourself
