utter joke, ive opted out of beta every time i log in, yet it still gives me it and now it's down so i cant even get my bet on

When I tried to open up a market 5 minutes ago I got a message from Betfair saying that it's Beta was over capacity or some sh1te like that and it told me to use www.betfair.com

On Saturday P.M's I use Betfair Lite, stable & quick... albeit simple.

as i find almost every week, Betfair mobile is now only option

seriously , I cant get a bet on at all

I don't know about other sports but for football, stop forcing us to go into beta.
Now it's a dead end just before the main EPL matches.
So there's no choice but to bring business elsewhere.
Arghhh frustrating as hell.

And perhaps the launch can be timed more appropriately, like after EURO 2012?

Betfair Lite always works fine on a Saturday P.M. in my experience... I don't even bother with the normal site when it is busy.

People, When you get the message that Beta is down, click on the link to go back to betfair.com, then go to 'In-Play' or 'Sports' and you should get to the old format from there. It worked for me. Good Luck!

Betfair have sent me a message saying that they don't know that the site has a problem until someone reports into the help desk. Superb stuff.

didnt work for me. I resorted to Betfair touch and cleared the bet

The thing is - i'm certain the site is not busy - something must be seriously rong with the beta (if not others too)

on the plus side, these outages may give them a face-saving way to back out of this total fiasco.

if u mail the help desk and tell them the site it's working they just reply 2 hours later and tell you to delete cookies and clear cache. rubbish company.

It dont works and many times the results are wrong and made us cheet in a bad way.

I have mobile on standby. It's not brilliant and not all markets are covered but at least it's something.

This is very poor - how can they run a betting site like this, when it collapses regularly on the busiest gambling day of the week. Why cant they get themselves a decent website?! it's incredible!

beta seems to be back but will probably fall over again as soon as everyone tries it
