Bill Ng the singapore business man is the latest to walk away.

This only leaves 1 possible bidder ,the yank Bill Miller whose preference is to liquidate them.

Last one to leave ibrox turn off the lights.

All change again.

Now looks like the only bid(the yank) is being called walter mitty.

He is demanding a string of conditions, after being told it is UNconditional bids.

Liquidation 99% certain on monday.

Doesn't liquidation mean the end of the football club?

Fk Knows TFB.

Ger`s supporters are and have been in limbo for months now.
Smoke & Mirrors is a well used euphemism though it has to be said that it is appropriate in this case.

I was a director of a company that went into liquidation. It was the end of company completely.
I don't understand how Rangers can go into liquidation and then continue as a football club.

They lose everything.

ALL players become free agents.

So no players.

heard from the grape vine....

that the club will be renamed and rebranded as The British Rangers...

They will play in the English leagues...or they will claim for discrimination citing a welsh club (Swansea) is allowed to play in the English Premier League so why not them

I'm surprised one of Bill Miller's pre-conditions wasn't that Rangers MUST win the SPL next season.

I can't help laughing, sorry, at the naivety of some on here.
Admins- "Craig White is an irrelevance",- oh really, he owns 85% of the company? (and he aint walking away)
"We will just get a cva, stiff the creditors and move on". - mmmm, no sorry , aint gonna happen.
rangers are, finnish (see what i done there) very soon, no history, (they should be glad of that, really)no nothing.
The only things to be decided are, where does this newco start?
certainly not the SPL, perhaps div3. (if no other club outbids them)
So, rangers 2012, no titles, no nothing, oh well, we welcome (the extremely long)chase. Laugh
p.s. "neutrals" will be seething and apoplectic with rage, which pleases me. LaughLaugh

Sensible idea would be to groundshare with Celtic.

Two old friends who need each other, helping each other out like they have always done.

Paint half the ground blue, half green.

i would have thought that the last thing any sensible celtic fan would wish for would be for them to be dropped down the divisions, as it would mean it could be years before they get to see a meaningfull game.

It tickles me at times on here, when they talk about a small club like portsmouth, e.g. or even leeds, stiffing the taxpayer for a few, even hundred million or so, the rangers have stiffed the british taxpayer for a billion or so, don't laugh, just watch this space.
If a few of these 'great british entrepaneurs' don't end up in jail, it's a travesty of justice.

99 % of Aberdeen fans want Rangers liquidated.

They have already petioned the club not to vote any newco into the SPL

3RD division for Rangers and no players, sounds good to me.

I think you better ask Peter Lawlell though because he votes with Rangers all the time.

I think Rangers being relegated to the third division would be appropriate giving the circumstances, would it be good for scottish football is another matter.
Most SPL clubs need the 8 games against the old firm to just survive,if you take 50% of that income away then our clubs are in dire trouble.

99 % of aberdeen fans do indeed want rangers liquidated, correct.
Show the figures for the rest of the current spl teams, please.
I am guessing they are all over 90 %? yes?
Oh, source please for Peter Lawell always "voting with rangers".
I thank you. Happy

So, it is a question of finance versus integrity?
i.e. usain bolt is a great draw for athletics, yes?
if he is found to have been using steroids, lets overlook it, it will cost us financially?

Let me explain LIAM

I will try and keep it simple for you.

Celtic and Rangers have a voting monopoly in the SPL.

As long as they stick together the 10-2 vote can never be overturned.

Hope this is basic enough for you to understand.

ps Lawlell went snivelling to the administrators last week to get their vote to stop the other 10 changing the set up.

Let me explain this to you, shudacuda.
In simple "berrs' talk, your team are finished, ok?, live with it.
Any voting monopoly in the spl is finished, as there are now, no rangers, geddit?
p.s. lawell has never went snivelling to anyone, least of all the "administrators"? whoever they are.

Are you in denial?

I detest Rangers as much as you.

Ill play your game though and you find me any post on here where i have stuck stuck up for Rangers.

Lawlell admitted he contacted the administrators to get them to vote with Celtic.

Are you calling Lawlell a liar now?
