This has happened so often before, it's beyond a joke. Basically, they do not have a system in place that adequately reminds the operator he's left suspend on, and don't seem to care about fixing it.

You could dream up 100 solutions to this, like a timer to remind them it's left on, a big flashing red suspend over the picture they are watching, etc etc, betfair patently don't have it in place, as it happens SO OFTEN especially on late night games, that after an event that causes a suspend, it's left on. I can only assume suspend is a little icon easy not to notice

There is no excuse, it's just shoddy.

It does make trading unnecessarily difficult in late night games to the point where I only do straight bets in Argentina now.

But how can a company that earns millions be so unprofessional?? Its a complete joke! Its as if late at night everybody gets drunk at betfair and are partying and not working as they should!

thisisempty, that's exactly my thoughts. Late at night I think is a real "cats away" scenario...
