Shame you are restricting yourself to football/total goals market. There are plenty of other opportunities out there. Have you considered horse racing? I regularly, sometimes daily increase my bank by 30-40% on the horses but you have to know what you are doing.

@ iheardthatpardon - I always find that posting selections before race jinxes me but yesterday I posted all my selections on the Racing Forum pre-race and one every single one (bar one) was a winner for me (I lay at fav odds). Only need to do this in 2-3 selected races and then stop. Was a good day

I never touch the BTTS bet, but sainsburys I think you should split your bank into at least 4 x £25 and bet with different methods.  Carry on with a risky bank doing BTTS or whatever but add in some +1 goals (1.1-1.3) or under 3.5-6.5 (1.2-1.05) or backing leading teams who you expect to win (1.1-1.5).

Whatever bets you decide upon I really agree with loadedgimp there, you really need to split your bank, other wise one loss and booom!

I tipped Kitchee to win in the Copa Libertadores thread last night then forgot to bet on them before I went to bed, so I have taken them at 1.16 when they are leading 1-0 instead.  Not a great return given they through away a 2-0 lead last time I tipped them (greened out but not heavily unfortunately) but I reckon they win here,

usually high scoring league that, rarely see a 1-0 kitchee game.  I prefer to place money on a bet in a winning position then I can green out if nothing happens, if something does happen then hopefully I chose the right bet.

im a bit worried now sains, cos i dont want u to lose the money uve accumulated...the btts is good but volatile, i thoguht the bilbao game was certainty, i think itd be better if u go slower now and u did say 2-3 weeks...
i will be betting myself on:

i actually think both teams will score again but im not doing it and wouldnt expect you to, leeds do seem to be better away from home, if leeds were at home id say reading to score was an absolute certainty.Anyway lets hope it wins, if u want to take some of the other posters advice mayeb itd be a good thing and now split your stakes into two? if u lost half youd still have well over £100 profit even if it loses.

now you have 500 don't just bet on goal markets. take on bets like a 2-0 lead with the favourable team winning like bayern munich 2-0 up 1.05 etc £500 will get u £25 return but it's very unlikely to fail. repeat that a few times it will grow nicely but just choose the matches carefully.

dunno if your around sains, but my next bet is going to be sawns newcastle in play o. 1.5  currently 1.08.
