I backed Hvidovre in this match, as per most of the live score results the score is 1-3, means Hvidovre won, but in my account statement betfair says I lost... I dont know what is happening, how to know the exact result ? and whom I complaint, if this is a mistake of betfair.

i dont know it says 1-3 HVIDOVRE won, you should contact betfair
just send an email to info@betfair.com. sounds like they just settled the market wrong
