This could be the greatest bet of all time in Premiership history, the reason why only 5% of Betfair accounts are in profit is because those that are in that bracket(free offer ****s aside), have vision and think outside of the box, well here you go, I'm sharing my vision with you, generous odds still available.

If man can land on the moon, run a 4 minute mile, climb Everest, fly planes,  sprint 100m in 9.58 seconds and somehow enable a 6ft7inc beanpole forward in Crouch to momentarily look better than Cruyff - than 11 men in a red and white shirt can win the Premiership in 2012Happy

They were also unlikely to take 10 pts from 12 against, Arsenal,Chelsea, Liverpool and Spurs with three of those games away. They have hit a patch of form. To lose to Arsenal with that run in would be just a massive implosion.

1890? that's stretching my memory a bit far mate. Ask Kenilworth he's old enough to remember the battle of Hastings circa 1066
Report Orsoncart March 25, 2012 9:45 PM BST
1890?? I think you mean 1971, from memory it was about 9 points with a game in hand but only two for a win back in those days.

By the way it aint gonna happen but third is certainly achievable with Spuds and Chels falling over themselves to capitulate.

If this was just one team being 12 points clear, then I think there may be a chance of them being caught as pressure builds.

United and City have each other to focus on and I cannot see them both imploding to such an extent - let alone Arsenal setting a new Premier League record for consecutive victories.
Report marychain1 March 26, 2012 12:16 PM BST
I reckon they are taking each other on too far out, will knacker each other out and will be open for someone coming up the rails. It might not be Arsenal though, they look far too weak on paper. I'm thinking Everton. Or Swansea.

As an Arsenal fan even I think this was never going to happen. However, Arsenal will finish a clear 3rd and will close the gap on the front two. Unfortunately, United are too far ahead and have an easy run-in, so there's no way they are dropping enough points.

If we had started the season better, we would be right up there challenging for the title. We must have a huge chance next season if we can keep RVP and add a couple of quality players.
