if a team scores in injury time, isn't the ref supposed to add 30 seconds to the end? Or have I just dreamt that up?

There are no precise rules, he does what he wants. He probably didn't want to take risks with his Rangers bet. WTF this second red???

I think for a goal, he can give 30 seconds allowance for it BEFORE he starts adding any extra time on.
So if the restart is 30 seconds or less after the goal then there should be no added time. I think that is how it works. Though even the referees dont seem to have any consistancy on it |

In all fairness, referees should add extra time to the injury time when there is time wasting or a goal, as they do for a substitution. But most of them don't have the courage to do it, sadly
