Spartak have drawn four of their last 5 in the league.  CSKA drawn 3 of 5.  Think there is some value on 0-0 and 1-1.

They've won just 3 of last 16 league games and 1 of 8 away.  Hard to justify the price at 2.56.

The main Moscow derby needs no advertising, I've been waiting for this 6 months and 21 days.

This year's battle of arch rivals look more attractive. This is the first meeting after the infamous episode involving gkper CSKA Akinfeev, and Spartak brasilian striker Welliton. In the collision, CSKA goalkeeper got a cruciate ligament rupture and underwent a complicated operation. Today very likely will be released both Welliton and Emenike. Akinfeev started training with the CSKA group lately, but a place in the gate is likely to take second goalkeeper Sergei Chepchugov, again.

Without Akinfeev, CSKA took off from the Champions League and domestic league has not won five games in a row.

Gkper of CSKA, Chepchugov any chances against furious Spartak attacks, seems not. Number one gkper Akinfeev received 6 goals this season! I can notice here maybe the only weakest point in this CSKA side.

Todays referee it is PRO CSKA. He conducted blue and red team 5 times this season with 4 penalties awarded to CSKA and 4 red cards to opponents, not something similar to any CSKA player or penalty against! With Zenit winning at Dinamo 5-1 the gap extended to 9p, unless CSKA dont win today.


Spartak Moscow have the youngest squad among all Premier League teams this season. These guys have a lots of adrenalin, cant hold nerves and often lose control. To bet on Spartak its suicide with the referee Vladislav Bezborodov at center, you never know when a red card is shown or penalty. This referee from St Petersburg dismissed striker Emenike after 60 minutes of play in Kazan (2 yellow cards), a game Spartak clearly lost 0-3.

Our defense is awfull, only gkper Dikan can be noticed on plus. Defenders Suchy and Rodriguez are really weak, and definetly defense is the weakest part in Spartak. Not know how to defend on set pieces, always big danger in the penalty area when our opponents have a corner kick.
