Best -- Klinsmann
Worst -- Ramon Vega
Hard to argue with Klinsmann. In terms of value for money I'd go for Rebrov as the worst. £11m record buy, that would be like splashing out £30m on a striker now and he was hopeless. Only saving grace was those two goals at West Ham in the FA Cup quarter final. First one was a volley from a throw in, right in front of the away fans, one of my favourite Spurs goals ever.
