Please sort this out, you are supposed to be the leading exchange, oh and if you are going to introduce a new platform/software why not back test for as long as poss until you know its reliable, then select a few of your long term customers to test out out before even considering going live! I imagine this is what is messing things up, and to think i thought i might be missing out by not opting in to the new Beta platform :)

theres no probs with the Champs league or FA cup markets just none televised matches i think, must be the tech probs with their live score feeds or whatever they use to get accurate score updates for none televised matches?

agreed, if they think they cant get these games back up and running before full time then should cancel all unmatched bets and stick the whole lot unmanaged for 2nd half

Far too many games in play. Over 30 games KO at 19.45 which are in play.

so each match has two markets on coupon the normal one and a back up unmanaged one, if they lose feed and need to suspend then unmanaged one is put in play and people can control positions in that one

The same thing still applies, don't place any bet you aren't comfortable to lose.  I think this is the worst scenario I have experienced though, not really losing anything.
