agree joel its about the time the great brisbane team is tested on the asisan stage. intersting how they go hopefully go far representing AU

Looking forward to seeing how Brisbane get on and hope they do well. I'm not underestimating Tokyo though - promoted teams from J2 have historically done well the rolling season, not least Kashiwa last season of course.
I'll certainly lay Adelaide later on. Can't see them getting anything in Uzbekistan. |

Dont think Adelaide will win either from what ive read.

Brisbane game should be a cracker I expected nothing less from you Joel! ![]() The J league is still in it's pre season, their first league game isn't until this weekend so brisbane should be a lot fitter and sharper. In addition to this, Tokyo played in Japan on saturday so have had a long flight here and not much time to prepare. |

Brisbane not used to playing midweek games and a long way into their season. Not sure they have a significant fitness advantage.

Brisbane not used to playing midweek games and a long way into their season. Not sure they have a significant fitness advantage. They're surely going to be a lot fitter than a side who's season has barely just begun and who only flew halfway across the world yesterday. |

while we're waiting for a goal how about a nice story with a moral?
One day a little bird flew very far to a distant land, when it got there it found this new land to be a very frozen place... it froze to death. A cow passed by and took a dump right on top of him. The warm sh!t that fell on him melted the ice... and he was resurrected. Alive again but still buried he started chirping. A cat passed by and heard his cries... and dug him out of the sh!t. And then the cat ate the bird. Moral of the story... The person who takes a dump on you, isn't always your enemy. And the person who takes you out of the ****, isn't always your friend. thank you thank you ![]() |

money down the toilet on Brisbane here. Useless.
By:
Seen enough, laying Brisbane.
As supersmith says, they can barely muster an attack. Look too low to me at 2.4. |
By:
J-League > A-League.......if in doubt bet on J-League sides
By:
tokyo doesn't have the quality to win the game...but the can take a draw easily..
By:
If brisbane can get to ht 0-0, then i think they'll win this. They can only improve 2nd half.
By:
Anyone sees goals in the Osaka game??
By:
Goomorning...
