i backed gjon just before they scored, cmmon gijon u toilet team.
i like they way biscuits slips in that he laid the 0-0 at 10s seconds before the goal. 90% of people on this forum dont bet they are just here to chat and make up there bets

I backed City at both prices, but put more on at 1-0 than I did at 0-0, I definitely should have laid Barcelona though, have now.
Loadedgimp, you're right...but only as long as you traded out. However, many punters will have been greedy and not had any time to trade out before the equaliser. You're talking about putting on some SERIOUS money for it to be worthwhile though and Barca haven't been in the greatest form recently/ no Messi/ no Villa, etc.
People backing at 1-0, as opposed to 1.09 SP, have no where to go. Just got to hope.
I didn't trade out, laid Barcelona after the equaliser. It doesn't matter the amount of money you put on it - it's percentages. If you have a £10 bank is as worthwhile for you as someone who has a £1000 bank.
I'm sorry, but Backing Barca with £10 at 1.09 is a pointless exercise. Backing them with £100/ £1000/ more is just foolish. Absolutley zero value.

You always get people on here laughing at Barca backers, mugs for backing low odds etc etc when it all goes wrong. The facts are they have 26 wins and 2 draws in their last 28 home league games so those "mug Barca backers" are well in profit backing them at the Nou Camp in recent months
I bet in the 1.05-1.1 on other sports from time to time but largely where one incident will not turn a 1.05 back into a 1.5+ shot

Correct Biscuit. Every so often you get stung but I'm happy to back Barcelona in the Nou Camp at low odds.
You can only trade like you say IF you teams scores first/ ticks drop. Say Gijon had scored first/ Barca player sent off at 0-0? Then you're stuffed mate. It leaves no room for manoevre because it's too close to 1.01.

Well I backed them at 1.04 decided it was a bad idea and took off most of it, laid them at 1.5 after the equaliser and backed them again at 2.4 so no harm done 
o2.5 win, was a bit hoping for a lucky goal for gijon, had a fiver on them^^

Yes gibbo that's why I took it off but you would expect barca to score a 2nd before gijon equalised. you don't back it expecting a 1 goal victory.

Why even put it on in the first place then, if you just took it off? Wouldn't wholeheartedly expect 2 goals from this Barca side. Where are the strikers and where's Messi?
CPSA I would rather win the 3p then win on the other game too....
Because I thought 1.09 to win a match and 1.03 at 1-0 up meant they would win. Then I remembered the H2H's and realised how dodgy it was...I would back many teams when a goal up if I thought they would win pre-match. City are a very good example.
I covered part of my loss redding Barca by backing under 4.5. Still feel kinda sick but there you go.
