I refered a friend who opened up an account and had a bet settled but she isnt even showing up on my page as opening and account yet

Going by y history, there is a short gap between them opening the account and then the refferal money being settled is there not? Do they not need to bet a certain amount first?

Thanks to whoever is looking into this for me seems strange that the referral code has not come up as being used when they signed up via the email that was sent to them.
