I haven't been involved so don't know exactly what went on but looking at the markets you can see carnage

william hill says its 1-0 too, and bet 365 says its finished already lolol

WTF happened here then, was following it on 365, it clearly said 2-0 for ages, even had odds up on 'x to score 3rd goal', 'no 3rd goal' etc

How can they get it so wrong?

everyone thought it was 2-0, bwin had it 2-0,365 had it 2-0,bf had it 2-0,then in 90 minutes they realised it was only 1-0

So, not only did I not get my overs bet up, I'm going to have my winnings for over 1.5 taken back too.

betfair said there was 1 red card each as well, when it was 2 red cards for the one side. and the extra time was supposed to be 6 minutes but ended up going to 101

I had over 1.5 and stopped following the game because it was clearly displayed as 2-0 and they even settled the bet.

How can whoever was covering the game not know the f*cking score!!

i'm not 100% sure but i'm green on 1-0 and 2-0 so that dosnt matter anymore :)

Same grounds that they settled over 1.5 goals. Makes a large difference to my profit although glad to see CS settled. Surprised by that.

If it's been settled rightly, wrongly, whatever, that i can understand, but i still can't understand is how on earth can someone covering the game for runningball or whoever, not know the score of the game they're watching. Pathetic.

Not really, means I could never use BF again without paying the money back and if it is a large sum of money, there could be legal implications BF follow up.

2-0 backers at 1.5 and under will be seething and contemplating not betting without pics again.
On the flipside 1-0 layers who took the 999-1 to release their funds will be smiling.

The people doing the scores for the scoresites won't be watching the game.

Overs and over 1.5 in this game - 1-0 with the latter bet having been wrongly settled for good measure.

They dont use scoresites.

Not much anyone can do about it really, and i don't think you can even blame betfair for it because EVERY site said 2-0.

Bit of a f*cker though when you follow a game, it flashes up 2-0, you continue to follow it for another minute or 2 incase it was disallowed, it stays 2-0, no problem. Switch it off, then 10 minutes later you find out it's 1-0.

Got a smaller bank at the moment and trying to pay for a lads weekend away, working the next few nights and need to withdraw by monday night, this put a dent in it, total difference between stake lost and winnings deprived off was about 20-25% of how much I was needing to withdraw, bit of a sickener.

correct score market there's nothing that can be done however I'd say over 1.5 backers would have a case because betfair incorrectly settled the market and didn't allow anyone to trade/cut their losses through no fault of their own. Betfair have their terms and conditions but this wasn't about a failure of their feed they/betfair incorrectly closed a market due to THEIR failure. It's only small amounts to them in a low liquidity market so they may give you an extra 10 points towards your betfair reward chest

Somewhere out there an extremely happy Jordanian bloke has just bought 6 new goat farms with the money he's made from backing 1-0 at 1000 though

£50 would be more adequate but its worth a cheeky email!

Joking aside it's worth an e-mail, phone call because even if other sites had 2-0 up betfair closed/settled a market that should have still been running due to their own negligence in the case of under/over 1.5.

£7 traded at 1000 on 1-0
so someone got £3.50 on at 999-1, not a bad few minutes work.

You have two hopes of getting any money...
