He didn't shake hands.  That's enough to have opposition managers asking for your sacking.  Why didn't it happen with Bridge?

Because Fergus was not the Chelsea manager (nap)

ill say it again, wayne bridge did nothing wrong, he is the evra (victim) in the situation, if wayne bridge would have tried to shake john terrys hand and john terry had of refused then you would have something to talk about. you sir are an imbecile

So it's okay not to shake hands if you feel you are the victim?
By:

When: 13 Feb 12 20:14
Yes, it wasn't in dispute who is/was the innocent
party in both cases.
By:
D'oh!
When: 13 Feb 12 20:14
I don't think Bridge or Evra "felt" they were victims. They were.

in wayne bridges case i would say its pretty simple to figure out that he actually was the victim. its not like he just feels he was the victim. but here im sorry to say but imo evra is not such an innocent person and his behaviour shows character traits which i would not really consider fair.

evra the victim? you will see that all this bitchy behaviour he put on display is gonna come back some day and bite him in his booty. just watch out for the near future evra will be in the news again but this time on the other side of the pointing finger. justice will be done someday.

Terry just accepted Bridge didnt want to shake hands. The squealing french **** should hang his head in shame for even reporting the alleged incident that got a fellow pro banned for 8 games. Mountain and molehill come to mind.

Dom, no one has accused Evra of anything and Suarez
was banned for 8 matches, is that not conclusive ?

i accuse evra of a lot of things.

Saint Evra will probably be pictured again with another mystery blonde at 2 am in a cheap motel outside Manchester or recorded by a French TV station screaming the n word ETC ETC Cry
By:
DonDonkey
When: 13 Feb 12 20:23
i dont think its that much important to me what he does at 2 am in the morning or what hes doing in his free time. its what he does on the pitch thats disgraceful imo.

evras behaviour reminds me of ronaldo begging the ref to give rooney that red card in the EC game they had back in i dont know what year it was.

Please quote the rule in the Football Association Code of Conduct for Professional Players which states that the "victim" is not obliged to shake hands at the start of a football match.

The facts are what they are, but if you
want to say he is not a nice person, that
is not relevent. I don't see the connection,
as we can all say nasty things about each
other, but some nasty things we can't.
Suarez crossed the line. End of.

the problem is all about pc, should the media be seen to have a go at the behavior of evra, the race card will be played. there is noway any media company whether press or sky will let themselves be seen or even suggested they take any side of the man guilty of a racist slur.

Evra doesn't shake hands, Suarez gets accused of being a racist.

I think these oversensitive types might enjoy the link below, maybe Evra and the politicians who are discussing racism in football should get this in their inboxs.  This is racist abuse.
