Fond this from the last fixture: WHY I LOST THIS PICK: Undeserved victory of Nacional. In the first half the match was very equal, with few or no chances to score. At the last minute a defender of Libertad made a mistake and Anangono scored. The second half was dominated by Libertad but they missed the scoring opportunities they created. Bad luck, sorry.

thats what i thought after that game i kept libertad in my mind for the home tie thinking they were pretty good and were unlucky to lose 1-0.

El Nacional are Equadorian champs yeah?? Altitude as from Quito.
Remember watching Libertad V LDU in Copa Sudamericana before xmas. Libertad were much the better team without carving out too many chances. Scored late on to win 1-0. LDU parked the bus as they were leading from first leg, but did get some decent positions on the break - but didn't look bothered in trying to score. Libertad lost on penos. Not sure of any comings or goings since. |

That's the problem with not backing pre game, the first minute goal. Got stung with that yesterday in the Bestikas game. Goal in 1st minute and ended 1-0
