Just bear in mind that you are giving someone money who probably very genuinely does have to pay various bills. Unfortunately they are undoubtedly becuase he punted his money that was supposed to be used for the bills. Looks like a classic case of someone with at least a small gambling addiction, therefore, giving him money will not be helpful to him however much he needs to pay his debts.

Best thing to do is speak to the people you owe money to and be honest and say you cannot pay it yet. Robbing peter to pay paul, getting an overdraft or loan are not going to help you in the longrun.

Those posting styles are not the same. No offence, but Carloh's grammar and punctuation is totally different to mine. For one, he doesn't use a capital "I", whereas I do.

I dunno whos being genuine here and whos not but if its any help I recently tried to send money to a mate in England from Ireland via a bank transfer but It didn't happen,I needed to pay a 15 quid fee and it was only 20 quid I was sending, anyway I rang the bank up and they said it was because of the euro, going from a euro zone to sterling was apparently a bit of a hurdle.
