Do you need to contact them or will they cop on themselves. Its a small market with little attention so it might get over looked?

They'll take the money back out of your account when they settle it correctly.

This has never happened to me, but I wonder what happens if you've already all money in your account on another bet

As soos as you fund your account the money will be reclaimed.

If you have no funds in your account it sits with a minus balance

Conversely, I once had a bet in market settled incorrectly because Betfair had conflicting rules and didn't follow them properly. It took a few weeks, but I eventually got a refund of about £1,500. The people who had made money in the original market kept their winnings and Betfair took the loss. This is extremely rare though and has only ever happened to me once in nearly ten years betting here. If it's simply a case of settling on the wrong winner, they'll just settle it correctly when they realise (the people who wrong lost are likely to let them know) and transfer the winnings from one party to the other.
