can someone help this relative newcomer please [:(] match was played last night and finished 1-1, and i was paid out my £40 or so winnings soon after, now tonight betfair have taken my stake money (over £100) and winnings back out of my account and it says the result has not been settled yet! someone please help!

Just wait mate, I can't forsee anything going too wrong. Do you know if the match actually completed or was it abondoned.
If abondoned betfair wait 3days for it to be replayed. |

it was completed normally i also heard that on news i dont see why they would take them back , but either way send them a mail and things will be ok :)

ah just saw that they are having that game again now , there is no possibility to be plaied again i m sure its some kind of bug on their site ;)

thanks for your help everyone, looks like they have credited me back the stake on one of my bets now but still not the £100 i had on over 1.5 goals :( can't see how the match could be void when it was played all the way through, anyone else had problems with this game, very strange

got my stakes back now but not my winnings, seems like even if you do win the match could still be voided over 24 hours later and you loose your winnings! gutted! [:(]

Just seen this thread. Im sure this game came up on the in play menu about 10 mins ago and then disappeared a couple of minutes later. Seems coincidental. There wasnt a score, just said olympiakos v zulte...

Was cancelled as betfair had it up as a nutural venue when it was actually played at zutes ground

thanks 'The Fuzz', well its just as well that i did'nt bet my winnings from the Olympiakos game and lose them on something else, how would betfair have been able to take them back from my account then!

so 24hrs after the game finishes someone from betfair realises that it was played on a different ground and decides to void it [:(] they could have noticed during the 90 mins of the game, or preferably before it even started! anyone who lost big on this game has definately had a lucky escape there, getting their stakes refunded!

I doubt anyone from betfair noticed at all. Obviously someone who lost on the game has discovered it was at a neutral venue and contacted betfair moaning to get it voided. |
