On the subject of coaching the kids,our current U16's, (next years U18's) are apparently very,very good and apparently if our U16 played our current U18's the U16's would demolish them,going to be a lot more kids like Henderson, Cook and Knott going into the first team over next few years.

Poor Cooky released - the Mauler is even stopping careers.

This is Knott going very well, imo.

think cook may have a decent career, a bit lower down the scale than some thought though.

Just because you got £35m for Carroll does NOT make selling him a 'dream'. Cabaye might keep the ball and look good but ultimately if he doesn't score then it's another who is a downgrade on Nolan.
