just happened to have positions on them thats all

(much more complicated than strictly betting on them outright)

how many of those would have to win to cover all your stakes?!

chance of none of these players scoring is 1 in 4700, totally understand your comments as I am trying to say, more complicated than backing these players blindly etc.

chin up partridge. Had a really bad week myself last week-everything was against me whatever i picked-some horrendous bad luck. Had a look at my bets yesterday from last week and i couldnt find one which i wouldnt back again-sometimes lady luck is just against you.

Got it all back already though after tonight with 5 wins from 6 bets. Swings and roundabouts mate.

thanks mate, make a parttime living from this u see & just been torrid time - dont get any sympathy as betting doesnt owe me that, but all these players not scoring is pretty extreme even accounting for randomness of sport

Unlucky bud. Looking through all your players to score i can't believe that no one scored.  Great attitude though. Im sure it will come.

If the implied probability of a team to win / the implied probability of there being more goals in a game drifts then the implied probability of any individual to score in the game must drift?

That's an assumption, I never play this market. But if you know what should happen and what is actually happening there may be some opportunity.

Would be interesting to hear from Partridge if he plays this market often.
