In terms of payout, it's no different to any other kind of bet.

7/1 = 8, 9/4 = 3.25

8 * 3.25 = 26

Multiply stake by 26 to get returns.

That's the win part, assuming the each-way terms are a quarter, 7/1 = 7/4 = 2.75, 9/4 = 9/16 = 1.56.

2.75 * 1.56 = 4.29.

£5 e/w double = £5 * 26 + £5 * 4.29 = £151.45.
