Comes up near the end of two legged matches sometimes. Used to think it denotes qualified, but if it does they sometimes jump the gun a bit. And it doesnt always come up, even when the games have finished.

it does denote the team which qualified, but Futbol24 is quite consistent with 'jumping the gun' with goals just to cancel them few seconds later, so I assume this might be that as well
