I heard about the Di Maria signing, think they paid a bit much for him, wasn't really that impressive what I saw of him last season and at world cup.

it's sad how some of these talents are going to rot away on the bench at madrid..

they had an agreement with canales last season. He was already a real madrid player but was loaned to santader for the remainder of last season, or was in contract to stay with them. He officialy moved this season to real madrid. I agree with Di Maria, i dont see the hype about him yet. nothing has impressed me and i dont think they need him personally.

well ive never been impressed with benzema even before he was at madrid..... he is average at everything if you ask me. Nothing stands out for him... average on the ball, dribbling, finishing etc etc. Would be good for canales to get ahead of him in the team.......

t-rigg i agree with you 100% mate. Its becoming the new scotland, barcelona and real madrid are just 10 steps ahead of everyone else. The other teams are not worth watching. Valencia were my third favourite, but with villa and silva gone they will decline. Sevilla are unpredictable. But, its the enjoyment you get out of watching madrid and barca play...... i just love watching good football.

Sure the premier league will be number 1, because i live here and i followed it all my life. Plus i am a man utd supporter.... but just because of real and barcelona, plus all the transfers they have made....... i cant wait to watch those two in action.
