blackpool play exciting football and can take points off West broms/boltons/wigans of the league and get 25+ imo, maybe 30

TBH Blackpool are a smaller club than Burnley & I say this in a totally impartial way based on recent history & attendance figures. I can't see them being as bad as, say, Derby when they got about 15 points all season, nor go I think they're nailed on to finish bottom. They will, however, get relegated so their points total is kind of irrelevant, unless there's some sort of points handicap market available for them.
