just rang up to re subscribe to sky wanted hd all channels , got put on hold 3 times approx 24 minutes spent on the phone being passed from one agent to the next , you cant throw money at these people nobody wants it, so when she tryed passing me to another agent with a 15 min hold i said forget it ,christ this is doing my bonnet in , for a massive company like that you'd think they'd sought the services out.
