I am tempted to go very heavy on Everton to be top 10 @1.15

Im a small time better, about 300 in my account, but this seems to me an absolute cert, I am thinking of putting about 1k on it, maybe more. Better than a 5% bank account for the year.

Other season bets I have:
Newcastle relegated: £20@4.6
Everton top 6: £50@2.78

dont like either bet to be honest long term

newcastle will be tradeable but with blackpool and albion doing squat in market you think 2 places are filled up already

everton top 6? realistcially you have to expect manutd, chelsea, arsneal, mancity for sure will all come above everton, then you'd expect spurs as well

so 2.78 on everton to come above l'pool realistically, i'd personally lay everton at that price over season with pool

everton top 6 price is shocking imo, man u, chelsi, arsenal, liverpool, city, spuds, villa all better imo

spuds have distractions, but maybe not for long

i like everton this season, top 6 not sure

i'd look for everton over villa in season bet

blackpool to finish bottom is 1/1 thats value

I know people are talking about Blackpool being out of their depth and stuff, but then again people said Birmingham were certain to go down last season, and look what happened to them.

Yeah I was planning on trading Newcastle out. I don't understand their price, what makes people so sure that they are better than their releg contenders (Wolves, Wigan, West Browm, West Ham etc.)?

Evetons finish of 8th last year belies the strength of their squad. They were injury ravaged for the first half of last season. I watched them for several games in the second half and they were playing some great stuff, real top 4 quality. Arsenal were lucky to draw at home to them 2-2 and they eased to a 2-0 away victory against City in style.

Spurs are distacted in Europe, Villa are only going backwards, who knows what the heck L'pool will do, and I still have major doubts about city. Everton are a quality team, mark my words!

Then again if Blackpool really are a Derby in orange paint, then 1/1 is very good value indeed.

Corky, I have nothing against Villa, I like O'Neill, but they don't seem to have made any good signings and I don't see how they will improve on last year.

Haven't made any signings YET. Never do until the last week. Last year we astounded the football world by doing the best deal of the window. Dunne, Collins and Warnock.

Add to that FACT, the FACT that we have four or five kids maturing at JUST the right time to take the premiership by storm.
