Chelsea have an ageing squad Man U are not the force they once where Liverpool will struggle because Torres is Injury prone Man City will need more time to gel. Therefore the Cream of North London is ready to flow. Come on you Gunners. Notice Redknapp at the Spuds is already complaining about the amount of games. I say welcome to the real world There 1st season in the CL and they are moaning. I also think Everton will have a good season.

Its almost as if everyone in the World has forgot what Arsenal's results were against the actual good teams they faced last season - 5 defeats to and an altogether unfathomable draw.

Why has Alex Song not featured in any of the warm ups? Is he injured and, if so, when is he likely to be back? Strikes me as a potentailly very important player for them this season.

Indeed, Song is crucial for our season, Wenger has moulded him into the new Vieira, he had a great season in 09/10 and hopefully he is only going to get better.
Personally I am hoping we will beat Man U and Chelski at home, and see where we go from there. |

I remember SONG was like a reserve player, we use to take the mick out of. Now how standards have dropped at ARSENAL that SONG is one of our crucial players. He is ok player, but he is not a top player. We think all ARSENAL players are top players, but in reality they get exposed when they come up against Europes biggest sides. I only rate FAB,RVP,Vermaelen,ARSHAVIN,NASRI, & really like what i see from WILSHIRE, so far he has looked extremely promsing, but too soon to call him a top player |

they seem to be basing their tip on the basis arsenil will have a goalkeeper and decent centre backs at some stage. seems airy fairy to say the least to me.

ARSENAL look really dodgy at the back, and they have done so for the past 3,4 seasons, and they dont have the most reliable of keepers as you have eluded too. Even if WENGER addresses these MAJOR problems before start of the season, they still should not be FAVs for the title. They have not shown anything in the last 5yrs to suggest they bring back the glory years
|

even weaker this year in the back, lost Gallas for example.
I dont know why Wenger dont fix the defense... wacko. |
|

i dont know either mate. What is he waiting for?
youve arleady seen how fragile ARSENAL are at the back last season, and youve noticed it again this season in friendlies against much lesser sides |
|
By:
Gallas was poor towards the end of the season not the player he was, will be easy enough to replace. as for the defence wenger has signed 1 centre back already and has already said he wants another one..

GALLAS was terrible for Arsenal. He didnt pull his weight, he was more of a liability. He was at the center of may Arsenal goals conceded. Absolute right thing to get rid of him asap

Gallas was the ONLY defender you had [;)] you will see
