Still able to knock back bids of £6m for McGregor so definitely still in a strong position. With all the available Champions league money in Scotland going to Rangers (thanks to Celtic), we are looking pretty good for this season. No real worries coming from the East end of the city either so all-in-all, a good season beckons.

If we weren't in a strong position we wouldn't be running away with the League every year and playiing in the Champions league every year. Speaking of which does anyone know if Celtic will even get into the Europa league if, nae, when they are knocked out this week?

novo thomson smith beasley wilson none of them 1st picks. boyd possibly although he didnt play in the big games. so all we've lost is mostly squad players. we'll bring 2 or 3 squad players in and not a lot will change from the last few seasons. the backbone of the rangers team still includes the best 4 players in scotland. mcgregor bougherra davis and miller so here wae go for 3 in a row.

germany 4 england 1. yeah english football is brill. ripped apart by young german boys. remember "superstar" wayne rooney couldn't get past bougherra for 90 mins when the "mighty" england could only manage a nil nil draw with algeria.

Also will be good to guys like Naismith, Fleck and Edu get more first team chances this year. Looking forward to seeing Webster play alongside Boughera in defence as well.

maybe but rooney was the best player in the so called best league last season. top 10 players at the world cup. none of them play in the premiership.
