Layed the Russians in the 4x400 hoping for another upset.

i remember one sportsday at school i run the 1500 and went of like a scalded cat for 800, by the last lap my legs were like jelly , by the last 200m i pulled myself up and started being sick, the whole of the school were on the field watching, cheering and laughing , not nice. now i only run 60m dash

I think bingham had it tough as well was boxed in and had to cover lot of ground on outside
Horrific night for odds-on backers (4 beaten in under 2 hours). No medal for France, helps the medal table.
