No way in a million years was Liverpool best price 2/9 - that is cobblers. They were almost 2/5 on here - utterly impossible you wouldn't have got 1/3 minimum if not 4/11.

Not taking them here is usually a good strategy!

It seems to me that you need to take the singles prices and multiply it up.  Then see if you have value or not.

It is probabilities though regardless of whether you are doing singles or multiples is it not?  The seeded accas here have sometimes been value.  Not often but sometimes.

To be fair, it was a crap bet from the start and I said so at the time.

One of his selections did win 8-2 though.

Actually, looking back at it, it wasn't really a bad bet. Three of the teams won comfortably and the other was cruising at 2-0 up before letting him down. Quite unlucky really.

If you lump on accas with teams priced at 2/7, 1/7, 1/7 & 1/3 it's pretty likely that most of them will win comfortably. It's even more likely that one or more will fail to win, you will ask how it could have happened and think you were unlucky, when it was your fault for placing such stupid bets in the first place. Did you actually work out what the correct price should be? Or did you say "ooh, a 1/7, gotta be a cert hasn't it"

Bookies adore mug bets like these, that's how they make so much money, simple really.
