what did the yanks do that he needs to defend them?
|
|
By:
He's saying they are doing nothing wrong and he has never been refused transfer money. That is wrong on two counts. They shouldn't be defended, and if he isn't asking for transfer money which is there, then he ought to go. They're 2 signings short of the league being wrapped up.

graeme he has money to spend this summer
it is the case of finding the right player who is available |

so the manager is a total odds to the green and gold brigade.
surely they both can't be right? Either Fergie is laughing at the majority of the club's supporters and treating them with contempt to ensure his nest continues to be feathered. Or the fans are complete knobends. Which is it? |
|
By:
Fergie probably told to say it anyway. Tbf he wasn't gushingly OTT, just made the public statement that you'd expect from an employee.
No big deal really. |
|
By:
so green and gold brigade are nob ends then.
Thanks for clearing that up. |
|
By:
haha, in a million years there's no way he'd come out & say he's right behind the job lot sale of old norwich scarves.
|
|
By:
of course he wouldn't. No moral backbone is why. Glazers will bleed them dry long before Fergie gets off the gravy train.
His greed got them into this mess in the first place. He's little more than a paid puppet now. Sad to see really. Couldn't imagine sir Matt or Shanks putting up with this mob. Probably rather fall on their sword. Odds on Fergie's next quote about the supporters ill feeling towards the owners being 'Let them eat cake' ![]() |
|
By:
Maybe the Fergie of 20 years ago would have told them to shove it, but right now this is obviously his last job he wants to finish with more titles than Liverpool which is what I'm sure he's holding out to do now.
No way at his age his going to charge into the boardroom giving it large! |

so are you in the green and gold or the gazer fergie camp palmer?
or are you just in the inane smiley camp ![]() simpleton. |
|
By:
I'm just in the 'mock the muppet on a forum' camp.
Thanks for signing off the post by the way, but I had already analysed your intelligence ![]() |
|
By:
surprise, surprise. no answer and another smiley.
very predictable from the forum's very own village idiot. |
|
By:
![]() Jimmy, rest assured, when I want to debate the merits of the Glazer protest, it won't be with a moron like you. I simply wanted to mock and make you cry, which I've achieved. ![]() |

By:
third reply, no answer, another smiley.
Do you want me to dumb it down for you? Do u luv Fergie and the yanks . Or is you one of dem dat h8's em ?Even you can comprehend that surely? Although betting on another smiley and no reply has been suspended. |
|
By:
hats off to the yanks, living in mansions, owning man utd and don't have a bean
they are skint and will be taking plenty out of old trafford in coming years :D |
|
By:
Whats this nonsense about waiting on the right player. There has to be something out there for Man Utd. Ferguson should just tell the truth.
|

Ferguson = pinocchio

Palmer with his usual constuctive reply. Fergie seemed to be happy spunking zillions on Veron, Djembas, Berbatov, Ferdinand etc etc a few years ago but now after a hundred years in the game seems to have suddenly changed tack to only seeking vfm and baulking at anything excessive.
Anyone who thinks this is a genuine change of opinion and not something forced on him by his masters which he'll happily accept while picking up his £100k pw while looking on as the traditional Utd fans are priced out of the club are muppets of the highest order imo. Oh, and just remember to call him SIR Alex and not just Alex in future. He still remembers his good ole working class Govan roots but he's a bit of a sucker for the honours list and has pictures of Sir Roger Moore all over his bedroom wall. |
|
By:
oh and for Palmer
![]() |
|
By:
He has lost all credibility outside OT and hopefully even with proper, longtime ManUre fans.
|
|
By:
sorry, talking from the view of the fans rather than the sycophantic apologies for managers who worship him,we know who they are.
|
|
By:
this a bit confusing for utd fans I see

Jimmy spot on sir.
Fergie making thta statement is disrespectful of the genuine supporters who are unhappy with the owners. Quite simply if Fergie is right then the supporters are wrong. If the supporters are right then where is Fergies loyalty to them? Sir Alex is putting neumero uno first evidently. MAn Utd fans are deluded if they believe they can win the league this year. It will be fought out between their local rivals in blue & Chelski. The team is simply not that good. If opposing managers truly attack them and not roll over aka Mick Mccarthy, and refs like Mike Riley stood up to making the right decisions without fear of Fergies reprisals then they might struggle big time. |

A celtic fan trying to get Man Utd fans to fight so he can help forget the result yesterday............ What was it again? [;)]

As fine as the post to which I am responding. This is clearly a difficult concept for you to grasp. |
