Just a quick one as it seems that one set of fans are trying to take the moral high ground on the other.
I went to Old Trafford the season before last with my 9 year old daughter. I was taking her around the ground showing her what is, a fantastic stadium and its features. Whilst stood trying to explain to her about the Munich disaster and the clock memorial, some middle aged United fan told me to feck off back to my slums. Quite astonished, I carried on with what I was saying when a youth that was with him spat in my direction. This tough I presume father and son duo then walked away as I wiped spit from my arm and my daughters cheek. I swear to you the anger that I felt brought tears to my eyes. Some filthy little scrote spat on my daughter because of our accents and the fact she had a liverpool shirt on beneath her coat, zipped up my might add.
This sort of thing sadly does happen and I'm sure doesn't just go arm in arm with these sets of fans. I'm glad the Liverpool Police are trying to catch these disgusting culprits, not only in football terms but are a blot on our society in which we live.
I was livid, some might say why did I take her to this game due to the intensity of it but the ticket was a spare so I thought why not.
My point being though not at the United fans, this crap goes on at grounds all over the country I'm afraid.

Diaz, I was fooking livid I could of killed someone, broke my bloody heart too, though but this behaviour isn't confounded to Old Trafford as much as I detest them. The sad thing is, the lads now who think its great to be a "hoolie" like the guys in the Stanley Park footage. Young thugs out in numbers ready to pounce on the stragglers. If lads are going to do it, surely there is a time and a place and not in front of normal people going to a game.
