CAN IT BE DONE? Combining 'outright' markets in the same league?

Bookies are currently offering many specials markets.
I would like to be able to combine a 'to get relegated ' team with a 'top 3' team in a double bet in the Premiership.  Can it be done?  I know bookies wont except doubles, trebles etc if they 'interfere' with one another? 

Or is the only way to do multiple bets if each bet/section is in a different league?  ie winner of Prem, 'top 3' in Champ, relegated from div 1 etc.
