Towards the end of last season I stumbled across a system where I back draws in European football matches.
My results were as follows -
Matches 40 Stakes £1560 Returns £2043.41 ROI 31.0%
This was over a period of 2 months and I am very selective on which matches I pick. I basically pick games where I think it will be 0-0.
Of these games 28 ended under 2.5 goals and 12 ended over. I want to continue betting the draw and to bet unders as well. I understand that 40 games isn't a huge amount to go on but I am confident of making a profit due to my selection process.
I put £40 on most matches but would like to raise this slightly as well as putting roughly £150 on unders in each match.
Any ideas as to a staking plan that would suit? I would look to be gradually increasing stakes but nothing too aggressive.
Around 16 draws from 40 matches = 40% 28 unders from 40 matches = 70%. Both these figures are linked as the less goals scored the more likely a draw. You have highlighted the main danger, that is a smallish sample, which you also have dismissed already, but for what it's worth, 40 matches IS a small sample and almost certainly will not continue. Staking ? Anything based on a continuation of your results would be dangerous so IMO level stakes would be the call. GL.
