can't see it. he's already wasted 3 years at liverpool. why on earth would he take an enormous gamble by joining city when chelsea would have him tomorrow ?
By:
balotelli and milner for sure will sign up and the price for sure will go down.
And the shock of robinho returning and the signing of torres should make them favourites imho, if they can pull al this off. |
By:
I think they will win it and have backed accordingly (at much, much better odds).
The statistics of money are firmly in their favour. Toure, Silva, Kolarov and especially Boateng are top drawer signings and more are coming. The people writing them off on here 'as they are City' are too concrete in their thinking. The squad is scarilly strong. |

By:
Cant see him joining Man City tbh.
By:
as it stands at the moment, i cant see anybody but city winning it...
there is still time of course for other clubs to do some dealing, but city look the pick at the moment ![]() |
By:
Shame they didn't qualify for the champions league, would be a better representation than Tottenham.

I've backed them today. Have been pondering it for ages and decided to take the plunge. Their squad reminds me of Chelsea early on under Mourinho. Lots of very good, hungry, players who are, in the main, under 26. This to me makes them by far the best bet. If you look at the signings, or lack of, that other teams are making then they look a great price to me, even at 5's. As has been pointed out, the people deriding them because they are Man City are fools. They've got the best team and squad arguably so represent good value.

lol^

By:
They are attrocious value, in fact they are the worst price in betting history. please keep backing them, mugs, thanks very much.
By:
And lmao at the idea of Torres (or for that matter, anyone of top quality!) joining them to play in the Europa League!
By:
torres is a crock and will be a huge waste of money for the price liverpool would let him go at. I hope he stays, then they will be stuck playing ngog up front..
By:
After six weeks everyone will be on saying they need time to gel as a team
![]() |
By:
and nobody knows if they have a good team, just because they've bought a few more players doesn't mean they are going to be a good team all fighting for the same cause!

5/1, your havin a larf
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

By:
city will win the league by at least 6 points
By:
3/1 would represent value imo, so pile on like me...manager a bit od an UQ though
By:
5/2 is about the right price
By:
good luck to them, one doubt a couple of bad results and the rats could well be looking for the exit,or doing exclusives on how bad so and so is and the manager is shyte etc.
By:
25/1 is the correct price. Only mugs would take under that. Probably the same people that backed England at 5 and 6/1 for the World Cup

turtlehead still seething
let it go |
By:
Replace "seething" with "laughing at the total mugs who are happy with taking 20% of the correct price and claiming it represents value", TMO, and you'd be spot on. HTH.
By:
Will coast it by 10 points minimum, imo. Might as well just give them the trophy now.

I'm sky blue to the core, but no matter how I look at this I still think we need another season before all the talk of winning the Prem begins.
Starting the season with a new team again. Players need time to gel properly. I think we'll finish top 4 with ourselves & Arsenal fighting it out for 3rd. Would love to be proved wrong and see us do better. Maybe we will, who knows, but at 5s not for me thanks. |
By:
Vornander, if I didn't know you better I'd think you were being sarcastic.

By:
Should be 5/2

a strong squad on paper but is it the best team? im not convinced and only time will tell.
By:
5/1 value
. |
By:
still need a top centre half and a creative midfielder for me
By:
mighty whites is tevez still going real madrid?
By:
so ive been told. All very quiet and the market would suggest otherwise.
Has he returned to training? With Raul leaving i presume Madrid will sign another forward. Balotelli is all but done and dusted. |
