still got title winning defence and Rooney upfront. Midfield creaking but fletcher valencia nani and scholes/gibson OK but no where near the best. But who has got a decent midfield? Gerrard/Lamps approaching retirement, Essien injury prone as is J Cole. Ballack gone, Fabregasd may leave, if not mind will be elsewhere. Malouda very decent but Chelseas/Pool/Arsenal's midfield weakened as well.

Not enough of a goal threat. However I thought Valencia had a fantastic first season. Quite like the look of Fernandez too but it's early days.
