Imagine this scenario.
I'm a footballer and i bring down an opponent on the halfway line with a bad tackle that is a certain yellow card. Meanwhile the ball breaks to the opposition and the ref waves play on and intends to issue me with my deserved card in the next stoppage of play. I then run back and clatter another opposition player with another challenge worthy of a yellow card and the ref blows the whistle for a free kick. Can he book me for both offences and send me off??

For those who say yes, players are usually aware they are on a yellow card before receiving their second yellow but that wouldn't be the case in my scenario and wouldn't be fair surely??

Ive got a question... once a team has used all their subs, why doesnt the other team cynically crock the keeper so he has to go off injured. The red card will be balanced out by the keeper having to go off injured and they are stuck putting an outfield player in goals. Would this be classed as a tactical masterstroke or bad sportsmanship?

dont listen to those.. in most cases you would get a very stern final warning then a booking unless both fouls were terrible

HE can but he won't would be highly unusual imo for a ref to do this.
