rooney v drogba

im a utd fan and rooney had a stinker yesterday. He is never worth 30 million.... has one or two good games out of 10...... his touch is rubbish.. finishing is medicore....dribbling not great, heading is average. works hard for the team and is unselifish but apart from that ......... there are plenty of other strikers i would have in the team apart from rooney

drogba is alot better infact the thread should kaou vs rooney who is better [then it becomes a toss of the coin job]

rooney v drogba ----- do not make me laugh...if rooney wasnt english you would be able to look at him without so much ridiculous bias towards him....every defender in the prem is scared stiff of the drob

Rooney's a striker? Though the guy was a defensive midfielder...

Different types of player, both very good

wes brown and jonny evans werent scared of him.. they just marked him tight and put the boot in him... and drog went quiet

terry and carvalho did the same to rooney and he was always involved in the game :)

its nto english bias its united bias.. the lad is a great footballer

Every summer all the big clubs around Europe allways seem to come hunting for Rooney's signiture, this a real tell tale of his amazing ability imo.

most of them would sign becks as well :) what does that tell you? the same thing?

but one single moment of drogbas strength was enough to stop brown getting to the ball for terrys goal...not a foul either

drogba is compleate ** but good at what he does
rooney great player always gives 100% and you would all have him in your team.

Put it this way Terry and Carvalho looked after Rooney ,Utd had 5 or six on the Drog,admittedly Rooney had no support for the whole game .

Too different to compare. But if I had to choose one for my team, I would take Drogba, but he might not always be the best for team morale.
