It's a long season. Lots of games to be played.

Moving on :)
Report big-game-player • November 8, 2009 8:24 PM GMT
12 men needed to beat chelsea :)

we needed 13 you had the red AND the linesman :)

seriously, did you lot watch that game and think chelsea were the better side? its quite laughable if you did. but its all about opinion
Report mexicano • November 8, 2009 8:25 PM GMT

Report bigbird1 • November 8, 2009 8:35 PM GMT
CAN ANY HONEST UTD FANS OUT THERE AND THERE ARENT MANY, TRUELY THINK THAT WITH RONALDO AND TEVEZ PLAYING TODAY YOUS WOULDNT HAVE LOST. THAT MAKES YOUS WEAKER IN MY POINT OF VIEW
Report Far From Trouble • November 8, 2009 8:36 PM GMT
stop shouting ffs
Report big-game-player • November 8, 2009 8:37 PM GMT
lol are you mental, caps lock does usually mean that.

any team without ronaldo would be missing something you numb nuts.

so whats your point and tevez was overrated by united fans.. some never wanted him for the money. how many has he scored for city?
Report sepp blatter • November 8, 2009 8:37 PM GMT
we are weaker, just means we have to try a bit to win league, the coasting as stopped
Report chemical_spill • November 8, 2009 8:40 PM GMT
and thats the problem

less desire

chelseas title this year imo
Report squigs • November 8, 2009 8:46 PM GMT
United are weaker then last season its plain and simple to see we were not brilliant last season we only had about half a dozen good preformances last season and all.

Iif Tevez and Ronaldo had been playing today they probobly still would have lost with that Ref for 75 minutes United were much the stronger team but between a free kick for a foul that never was pushing and grabbing in the area and an offside they were beaten.

I honestly thought Chelsea would murder us today as they are at the moment anyway on paper a better team and given the form they are in and with our line up I thought we were on a hiding to nothing but it appears Chelsea are no great shapes either and could easily lose a lot of their gains when Drogba is not around to get them out of trouble in January.
Report degsy42 • November 8, 2009 8:49 PM GMT
how did they lose with knight of the realm sir ryan giggs in their side
Report big-game-player • November 8, 2009 8:49 PM GMT
are you retarded degsy?
Report squigs • November 8, 2009 8:50 PM GMT
How did they lose full stop?

A bit like when we robbed Arsenal at home earlier in the year but we won't get the credit Arsenal did ; )
Report Official BAWDEEPS Spokesman • November 8, 2009 8:51 PM GMT
Coming from a scouser (bigbird) I find all this quite laughable
Report the bloob • November 8, 2009 8:51 PM GMT
Man U's run of fixtures looks pretty straightforward in the next couple of months, Chelsea have had an easier start to the season in terms of the fixtures they've played, I can see the gap being less than the current 5 points in 10 games time
Report Official BAWDEEPS Spokesman • November 8, 2009 8:52 PM GMT
Next 11 games:

21 Nov Everton H
28 Nov Portsmouth A
05 Dec West Ham A
12 Dec Aston Villa H
15 Dec Wolves H
19 Dec Fulham A
27 Dec Hull City A
30 Dec Wigan H
09 Jan Birmingham A
16 Jan Burnley H
26 Jan Hull City H

The 4/1 looks a good trade imo
Report squigs • November 8, 2009 8:54 PM GMT
I have 50 on at 4.8 just now they aint going to be a better price anytime before christmas a lot of winnable games there.
Report mexicano • November 8, 2009 8:56 PM GMT
i think that if ronaldo had played today it would have been a totally differn't match, utd would have set out to win it. quite honestly i was surprised how well utd played today, i obviously don't watch them as much as you lot, but from what i've seen on tv i thought today they were a lot better than i've seen this season.

chelsea on the other hand were the worst i've seen them this season, now obviously a lot of that has to do with the way fergie set his team up, stopping the full backs giving the width, and crowding them in the middle of midfield.but even so none of chelseas "big" players had anything resembling a half decent game.

if they'd still had ronaldo i doubt they would have played in that manner. and i[like a lot of others] don't think they're the same threat as last season.

Stopped reading here.... christ.

1) Utd did set out to win it
2) If we had ronaldo we would have played the same formation but with ronaldo as the striker and rooney/park as the wide men.
3) Please please please get a clue.

Chelsea's next 11 games - compare these to United's and I see maybe 1 or 2 points between the teams at the end of the next 11:

Chelsea v Wolverhampton, 15:00
Arsenal v Chelsea, 16:00
Man City v Chelsea, 17:30
Chelsea v Everton, 15:00
Chelsea v Portsmouth, 19:45
West Ham v Chelsea, 16:00
Birmingham v Chelsea, 12:45
Chelsea v Fulham, 15:00
Hull v Chelsea, 12:45
Chelsea v Sunderland, 15:00
Chelsea v Birmingham, 19:45

Not in the slightest bit irate, better team lost today unfortunately and some major decisions went Chelsea's way, but it happens - by the end of January there will be about 2 points between the big 3
Report REDUNDANT PUNTER • November 8, 2009 9:21 PM GMT
I agree, I did not see the game, so cant comment on the preformance, just seems to be a trend building with united and big games, but its all about may

Ironic that utd have played pretty gash up till this match and generally won but play well in this and lose. It's a funny old game Greavsie........
