aside from being the luckiest footballer that has ever lived, Terry has an obligation as England captain to set an example.
whilst he cannot control his parents, you cannot tell me that he does not have some previous knowledge of the way they have lived & the antics they get up to. why hasn't he put a stop to it? he could bar them from watching him at Chelsea for starters. indirectly perhaps, but they have brought shame on our national sport and the world laughs at the** we continue to throw up as examples to our kids. Terry has done one or two silly things but when you look at the revalations about his folks, I'd say he has acheived an awful lot despite them, not because of them, credit to him for that. Might sound silly, but I have a bit more respect for him because of this! |
